My friends and I had gone to a national park
To have an experience of out of this world
The anticipation of seeing wild animals in the park
Not the one we had during our field studies in the zoo

For a spontaneous person like me
Excitement was running from my mind down my toes
I jumped out of the vehicle that was taking us around
Not realizing that a lion was nearby, I stepped on it
It was asleep but woke up for a meal

I ran beyond the speed of wind to save my life
I immediately I ascended a nearby tree
Before I came back to my senses,
I was at the canopy holding tightly on the branches

Gazing at the lion in the eyes,
I was terrified to death
The lion spoke to me,
In a way that suggested that it wanted me to become its meal
It roared like Roarraaahrr !!!!
(Translated as "Come and I take you to eternity")
